Job Summary
Lead and develop global teams of Product Definition Engineers and Customer Application Engineers to drive the definition and deployment of Nexperia's Automotive and Industrial Power MOSFET portfolio. Translate customer requirements into product specifications, manage technical escalations, and support design-in activities for strategic OEMs and Tier-1 partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Sales to shape future roadmaps, optimize engineering processes, and ensure competitive performance and quality. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10+ years of semiconductor experience, including people leadership and cross-functional project management. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience
- Several years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams
- Strong experience in Power MOSFETs, power semiconductors or related power electronics technologies
- Experience working with Automotive and/or Industrial customers
- Proven success leading cross-functional and international projects
