Job Summary
Application Engineer in Carl Zeiss SMS responsible for pre-sales support and product marketing activities in Greater China. Role includes pre-sales activities, product demos, specification negotiations, coordinating with HQ and marketing, building strong customer relationships, collecting customer needs, and liaising with sales, engineering, product management, and business development teams. Requires a Master’s degree or higher in Engineering/Physics/Materials/Optics from a 211 university and at least 3 years of semiconductor lithography-related application/processing engineering experience; strong English skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent cross-functional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above from a 211-university, in Engineering of Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or Optics-related field
- Minimum 3 years of application/process engineering experience in Semiconductor Lithography-related field, familiar with overlay analysis
- Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with excellent cross-functional and regional communication skills
