Job Summary
Prepare quotations aligned with technical requirements, commercial conditions, and delivery times. Provide technical support and advice to the sales team and customers to sell and implement product solutions. Respond to enquiries regarding technical aspects of products and services. Support sales teams by managing complaints and coordinating with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations to resolve order-related issues. Apply system specifications to configure systems that meet customer requirements and liaise with Product Management to ensure appropriate modifications. Collect customer feedback to support satisfaction assessments and participate in the project-to-service transfer process. This role enables technical knowledge growth and potential progression into a sales position within Valmet Flow Control Korea.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering graduate (B.E.)
- More than 5 years of relevant experience(Valve, Flow control and Instrumentation)
- Works independently to complete assigned tasks and activities
- Resolves day‐to‐day technical sales issues
- Work is mainly performed according to defined processes and standardized work methods
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering graduate (B.E.) preferred
- Experience of SFDC, ERP, CAD, other quotation and CRM system preferred
