Job Summary
Analyze business requirements and prepare test plan documents. Design, implement, and execute manual, automation, and non-functional test scenarios for functional and business use cases. Build scalable testing frameworks, debug defects, and conduct impact analysis. Report risks and status to management, communicate findings with stakeholders, and participate in process enhancement meetings. Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement of the project and work environment.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics
- B.Sc. in Computer Science
- From 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in different types of testing such as System Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression, etc.
- Hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver & REST Assured
- Hands-on experience in APIs testing
- Good knowledge in performance testing using Jmeter
- Good knowledge in Agile Scrum
- Ability to achieve excellent results with minimal supervision
- Ability to identify and explore new testing frameworks
- Ability to excel in a cross functional team environment
- Ability to analyze and debug complex critical issues
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Team player, proactive and self reliant
- Good attention to details
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients for project related discussions and for support if required
- Ability to think outside the box and come up with alternative ideas/implementation to handle critical situation/issues
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
- English is a must
- Working Knowledge of Test management tools (like ALM, JIRA,...etc.)
- ISTQB Foundation certification is a plus
- Experience with security testing is a plus
- Continuous Integration knowledge is a plus (like Jenkins,...etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- German or French is a plus
