Application Engineer - Temperature Control

Job Summary
Engineer technical solutions for temperature control applications, assisting sales teams with BOMs, proposals, and site surveys across diverse industry sectors. Conduct HVAC/cooling design, prepare technical proposals, drawings, and cost estimations, and map fleets based on active orders. Resolve customer queries remotely and face-to-face, deliver presentations on application solutions, and support new product development and software selection programs. Analyze field performance through equipment testing and project design validation, while providing technical training to sales staff on fleets and principles. Ensure depot fleet mix meets supply and demand, propose ancillary purchases for business growth, and maintain compliance with ISO and QHSE policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Mechanical engineering
- Minimum 07 Years of experience in HVAC/ Cooling design
- extensive work experience in selection of Chillers, AHU's, Cooling Towers, etc.
- AutoCAD experience
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC/ Cooling field which include Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Conditioners, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers, Chilled Water Pumps, Buffer Tanks, etc.
- Efficient Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written
- Excellent technical communication and documentation skills
- Taking complete ownership of all tasks assigned
- Keeping Business and Customer impact in mind while performing each activity
