Job Summary
Maintain high-level understanding of Tangram's solution and articulate technology positioning to business and technical users. Provide design and development support to internal and external program resources while performing technical training for customer engineers. Travel to project sites to execute startup, integration, and training services, and assist in designing new features and integrations. Resolve customer issues and convey requirements to drive future growth, while providing status updates on ongoing and future projects. This role requires a BS in Engineering, 3-5 years of embedded systems experience, and availability for bi-weekly travel to Dayton, OH.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Technical Field, or equivalent successful experience in a similar industry role
- Possess the ability to obtain Secret (and above) Clearance
- 3-5 years of experience in Engineering or Software Development
- Hands-on experience with software on embedded systems
- Experience working in or with the Department of Defense or DoD contractors
- Deep experience with C and C++
- Composing technology and architectural documentation
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Available for Travel
Desired Qualifications
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Active Secret Clearance; TS preferred
- Hands-on experience with building systems and system components from sub-system components
- Understanding of Open Architectures
- Working knowledge and/or interest in Docker, Java, GoLang, Rust, Haskell, etc.
- A solid understanding of network communications technology
- Customer service and sales support experience
- Proven technology program delivery experience
