Job Summary
Application Engineer to support supply planning processes and develop, maintain, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL) integrations. Design and implement integrations between Business Central and other systems; translate business requirements into technical solutions; create dashboards and data analysis tools; troubleshoot issues; participate in testing, deployment, and documentation; collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to improve inventory management and data accuracy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, or related field, experience with AL in Dynamics 365 BC, and knowledge of supply planning, MRP, APIs, SQL, Power BI, and ERP concepts. Based in Mississauga, ON with on-site (IN_PERSON) work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development (AL language)
- Understanding of supply chain, inventory management, MRP, and procurement processes
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data migration
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Familiarity with ERP implementation and support
- Knowledge of supply planning methodologies and forecasting processes
