Application Engineer

Coordinate company resources to meet customer technical needs and support salespersons in identifying requirements and developing new business. Develop or identify suitable Fastening Solutions and product recommendations to meet specific application needs. Conduct on-site assembly tests and provide delivery technical support to customers. Modify existing products to fit customer applications and manage Value Analysis and Value Engineering initiatives including failure analysis and line reviews. Provide technical training to internal and external groups on production applications and complete all required internal reports and documents. Operate within Business Conduct Guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
