Application Engineer/Customer Service Representative role supporting Ryan Herco Flow Solutions/SunSource; collaborate with Field Sales and Repair Sales teams to maximize margins while maintaining customer relationships; learn product applications and supplier programs; develop quotations and enter orders; build relationships with customers, principals, and vendors; assist with warranty resolutions and ensure solutions align with rotating equipment needs.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical degree preferred or equivalent combination of work experience, training and/or education
- At least 2 years in an inside sales or technical support role in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably in the fluid power or fluid processing industry
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency
