Job Summary
Application Engineer (Pre-Sales) for Japanese language requirements in Building Management/Automation. Responsible for supporting pre-sales activities, estimating BOMs, preparing technical submissions, capturing project requirements, reviewing MEP drawings and specifications, selecting hardware/software to optimize budget, creating BOMs, and ensuring QA and timely delivery of pre-sales engineering outputs. Must have strong knowledge of system architecture with operator workstations, controllers, sensors/actuators, and familiarity with BACNet, LON, Modbus, OPC protocols. Requires Japanese language proficiency (minimum N4), and qualifications including Diploma or BE/ME in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics. Experience in Industrial Automation/PLC programming/SCADA is advantageous. Global building automation focus with clear technical documentation and collaboration with sales teams.
