Job Summary
Coordinate engineering activities for customer SCR applications across development and production while serving as the primary technical interface. Lead core development for urea PSM and Doser components, manage project timelines, and resolve technical roadblocks through cross-functional teams. Prepare validation reports, DFMEA reviews, and interface drawings, ensuring compliance with CI/QC and KPC definitions. Conduct regular technical presentations for internal stakeholders and customers, and define prototype BOMs for development and PPAP samples. Lead design reviews and Gate Reviews, maintain action plans, and support component validation packages. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive engineering, with 2+ years in design and project management. Full-time role with regular travel for onsite testing and problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree on Mechanical /Electrical /Automotive/Engine
- Knowledge of Hydraulic /Mechanical /Sealing / Material
- Design /Development / Project Management background -2 years minimum
- Good English reading writing and speaking and presenting, CET-6
- Must be very well organized & disciplined
- Experience with working on multi projects – up to 3-4 at any time
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a team player
- Resilient in the face of setbacks and ambiguity
- Must be currently authorized to work on a full-time basis, in the country where the position is currently based
