Job Summary
Application Engineer to support customers with advanced monitoring and diagnostic solutions for high-voltage assets, serving as the technical link between customers, sales, product management, and engineering. Responsibilities include technical sales discussions and product demonstrations, field testing and commissioning of monitoring systems, site visits, training, data analysis, reporting, and collaboration across engineering, operations, and logistics. Must have hands-on electrical engineering expertise, experience with high-voltage equipment or condition monitoring, and willingness to travel internationally. The role emphasizes translating customer needs into technical solutions, delivering clear communications to technical and commercial audiences, and contributing to technical content and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Physics, or related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in electrical systems, applications, testing, diagnostics, or related technical field
- willingness to travel internationally around 30% of the time
