Job Summary
Assist customers with identifying technical specifications, preparing engineering drawings, production specifications, and contract modifications to ensure requirements are met. Develop application notes and test applications for modules, including customer-specific components, while working with the application team to support sales targets in China. Provide professional technical service for troubleshooting, manage product evaluation programs at customer sites, and submit monthly reports and testing reports by the third working day of the following month. Take necessary business trips, participate in sales meetings and trade shows, and submit all expenses within company guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanics, Engineering or Electro-mechanics related field
- A minimum of 3 years industrial technical support or application development experience
- specifically in adhesive dispensing industry
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Strong computer operation skill
