Job Summary
Manage technical relationships with OEMs and distributors by developing customized value-added solutions and creating application engineering proposals that address customer pain areas. Perform application reviews on complex machinery, conduct root cause analysis for bearing-related problems, and interpret results from application software to verify performance. Represent SKF at customer sites through visits, seminars, and fairs while obtaining product approvals and monitoring prototype tests. Evaluate market trends and technical requirements to provide feedback on new product design, and develop training materials to transfer advanced engineering expertise internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- B.E / B. Tech
- 5-8 years in Application engineering / design engineering / Maintenance
- Industry – Bearings
- Mechanical Engineering Domain Knowledge
- relevant work experience in Design/Application Engineering/Maintenance
- Experience of handling or working with OE/ End users
- Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor point
