Application Engineer

Develop documentation for customer orders and quotations, including electrical and mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and bills of material. Verify team-prepared drawings and ensure designs comply with industry standards and customer specifications. Support sales and quotation teams in selecting appropriate products, release order packages to production, and manage non-conformance reports. Provide technical support for daily production activities, switch racks, and project work while troubleshooting engineering issues. Offer electrical engineering guidance to drafters and designers, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows. Collaborate with engineering, drafting, manufacturing, and sales teams to develop custom-engineered solutions meeting quality and compliance requirements.
