Job Summary
Responsible for new product development and application. Technical window for suppliers, customers and internal team. Lead or support new project development according to customer’s application & requirements. Manage and release technical documents like 2D/3D data, specification, DFMEA. Review product design from electrical, magnetic and structural aspects to meet design intent and customer requirements, prepare technical presentations for customer and internal team. Troubleshoot with customers, manufacturing and suppliers, and improve design for quality, performance and cost savings. Manage and track internal DV, PV or other testing, review/evaluate results and sign off reports. Provide onsite support for customer validation or testing when necessary. Other tasks as specified by direct leader. Your Experience & Qualifications include 2-3 years in automotive electrical motor development, knowledge of GD&T and QA tools, proficient in CAD tools, and English working language. Closing date 31st Dec 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or electromechanical engineering
- 2-3 years work experience in electrical motor or related products development in automotive area
- basic knowledge of pumps
- APQP, PPAP, TS and other Quality tools knowledge
- GD&T, 2D/3D tools (Pro-e/UG/CAD)
- experience with electrical motor EM simulation tools preferred
- English working language
