Job Summary
Provide technical expertise to support development, implementation, and optimization of electrochemical deposition processes; design and conduct laboratory/TechCenter experiments to drive process improvements and identify new opportunities; troubleshoot and resolve process challenges onsite at customer locations; collaborate with global sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product deployment; prepare and deliver technical reports, presentations, and application documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Surface Technology, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in electrochemical metal deposition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
