Job Summary
Develop 3D CAD models and detailed 2D production drawings for customized cranes, including hoists, trolleys, and bridges using nuclear-standard components. Support the sales process by reviewing customer Requests for Proposals, estimating man-hours, and creating manufacturing quotes to satisfy technical requirements. Engineer structural components for specialty applications in nuclear power, government, and plant environments while utilizing proprietary Konecranes software and manual calculations. Travel globally with the sales team to customer sites. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of experience in design and technical sales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 Years of experience in Designing and Technical sales process
- Good experience in 2D (AutoCAD/Vertex)and 3D designing (NX/Solidworks/Inventor) tools
