Job Summary
Respond to escalated product quality concerns in the field and provide training for customers and service technicians to maintain product uptime. Advise field service technicians on lab life testing and part returns, while applying problem-solving methodologies to determine root causes of quality issues. Become a technical expert of Warewash products by interacting directly with customers to resolve issues and administering maintenance training programs for key accounts. Support lab machine testing with reports and collaborate with Technical Publications and Service Training teams to refine documentation. Travel approximately 50% of the time for field support and after-hours availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on lab or field experience evaluating equipment quality issues
- Customer service experience
- MS Office application proficiency
- Ability to travel as needed for work (approximately 50% of the time)
- Flexibility for after hours support
