Job Summary
Provide Level II support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and production issues, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions, monitor application performance, support monthly/quarterly/annual business processes, and coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support and third-party managed service providers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Experience providing Level II support for Oracle Cloud applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues in Oracle Cloud environments
- Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business processes
- Coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support and third-party managed service providers
