Job Summary
Provide technical support for commercial refrigeration equipment, including commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance across the product portfolio. Deliver training to sales teams and customers on product features and best practices while assisting with product selection, quotation assistance, and system configuration. Develop customer-specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications and collaborate with industry-leading engineers on product and software development initiatives. This role supports outside sales teams and end users in Stone Mountain, GA, requiring a bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year related experience
- Substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
- Location: Stone Mountain, GA - This position 100% onsite
