Job Summary
Identify complex problems at customer sites and lead recipe creation to optimize system performance. Execute beta-sites, evaluations, and demos while training PSEs and AEs on new methodologies. Analyze application capabilities and transfer new features from product division to customer support teams. Participate in customer technical review meetings and follow up on solution execution. This role involves 50% travel and is open to new college graduates.
