Job Summary
Serve as the primary technical liaison for customer-facing support, resolving product application questions and generating accurate quotes. Coordinate production management activities to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and partner with sales and quality teams to troubleshoot issues. Monitor approximately $20M in lead product accounts, escalating challenges as needed to maintain project momentum. Work onsite at the Auburn plant three days per week with flexibility for remote days. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of engineering or technical support experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an engineering, technical support, or customer-facing role
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Experience with quoting, pricing, or estimating processes
- Familiarity with production scheduling or manufacturing operations
- Prior customer service or account management experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
