Job Summary
Provide technical design support to a diverse set of customers in industrial and consumer markets, act as a liaison between customers and Hydro’s teams, participate in technical reviews and development projects, help launch programs through technical and program-management expertise, identify and implement new technology and product improvements, and lead meetings and reporting for assigned projects; requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and ~5 years of engineering/product design experience, with up to 50% domestic travel. Proficiency in 3D modelling (SolidWorks preferred), FEA experience, and strong communication skills for customer collaborations are desired; knowledge of aluminum/metals manufacturing and experience across multiple disciplines is a plus.
