Application Engineer (Full Time Year Round)

Application Engineer responsible for setup, security administration, configuration, updates and training of POS, PMS, CRM, eCommerce and other applications; interfaces with IT, Marketing, Accounting, and resort operations to boost efficiency; provides phone, email, and in-person support for resort software; configures and supports online stores; implements system security standards to ensure PCI/PII compliance within hospitality environments; documents user requests and issues; escalates unresolved items to vendor support and coordinates project management of changes; maintains database integrity; develops user guides and SOPs; participates in training delivery both remotely and onsite; offers programming support (aspx, HTML); contributes feedback for system feature improvements; collaborates with Director of IT on projects; strong communication and organizational skills; travel and non-standard hours may be required.
