Job Summary
Collaborate with Sales and channel partners to execute technical discovery, including site assessments and system requirements definition. Lead solution development by defining customer needs, selecting components, and validating layouts against engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Serve as the primary technical authority for solution architecture during the pre-sale process, developing proposals and supporting customer presentations. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to confirm feasibility, timelines, and resource requirements. Identify technical risks, assumptions, and constraints impacting solution execution, while providing feedback on product performance and standardization opportunities. Travel as required for site evaluations, solution validation, and project support activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, vocational, or technical certification in Engineering, CAD, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related technical field)
- Experience in applications engineering, technical sales support, or system design
- Bilingual/Multilingual (Spanish)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- CAD Tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent)
- CRM or business systems
- Written and oral communication
- Technical problem solving and solution development
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Project and process awareness
- Customer orientation and collaboration
