Job Summary
Collaborate with Sales and channel partners to translate customer business objectives into executable technical solutions through joint site assessments and system requirements definition. Lead technical solution development by defining architectures, selecting components, and validating layouts against engineering and manufacturing capabilities. Serve as the primary technical authority during the pre-sale process, developing proposals, system descriptions, and documentation while identifying risks and resource constraints. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to confirm feasibility and timelines, ensuring proposal integrity aligns with organizational standards. Travel as required to support customer engagement, solution validation, and project activities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, vocational, or technical certification in Engineering, CAD, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related technical field)
- Experience in applications engineering, technical sales support, or system design
- Bilingual/Multilingual (Spanish)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- CAD Tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, or equivalent)
- CRM or business systems
- Written and oral communication
- Technical problem solving and solution development
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Project and process awareness
- Customer orientation and collaboration
