Job Summary
Provide technical support to internal and external sales teams, distributors, and end users regarding Flange Isolation Kits and Monolithic Isolation Joints. Assist customers in troubleshooting application issues, preparing technical documentation, and analyzing returned samples. Support customer visits, jobsite evaluations, and technical training programs while collaborating with Product Engineering and Quality teams. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist sales with proposals and quotations. Occasional travel up to 30%. Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 0–3 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
- 0–3 years of engineering, applications, or technical support experience
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems and materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Occasional travel up to 30%
Desired Qualifications
- familiarity with CAD software preferred
- Exposure to gasket, sealing, pipeline, or corrosion engineering applications
- Familiarity with FIKs, MIJs, or cathodic protection systems
- Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
