Application Engineer

Prioritize and support New Product Introduction activities for customers within a defined geographic region to drive growth. Oversee project delivery on-time and on schedule by designing application-specific connector solutions and determining optimum manufacturing locations based on customer logistics and factory capabilities. Drive Engineering Change Orders, new product releases, and rapid resolution of technical quality and production issues while building cost models with manufacturing and external vendors. Travel up to 15% with the sales team to provide technical presentations and organize regional EAR reports. Complete comprehensive product development projects to convert EAR opportunities into revenue. Maintain organized project files and assist in value engineering initiatives.
