Job Summary
Enable customer success through deployment and adoption of Cadence verification technologies, including simulation, low-power verification, and AI-driven workflows. Provide technical expertise to diagnose complex issues, optimize verification environments based on Xcelium, and develop training sessions for customer design teams. Collaborate with customer verification teams to improve efficiency and work with R&D globally to investigate reported issues and influence product enhancements. Evaluate emerging technologies, participate in proof-of-concepts, and advocate customer requirements to product development. This customer-facing role supports a leading semiconductor company within Cadence's Verification Solutions team, driving adoption of advanced methodologies like UPF/CPF and automation flows.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor design, verification, or EDA applications engineering
- Strong understanding of digital design and verification methodologies
- Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based verification environments
- Experience debugging complex hardware designs and verification environments
- Good understanding of Low Power methodologies including UPF and power-aware verification concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across geographically distributed teams
- Fluent English communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Cadence Xcelium, Verisium platforms
- Knowledge of Low Power verification methodologies and implementation flows
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Tcl, or Shell
- Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning applications in semiconductor verification
