Advise and accompany customers on optimizing technical fastening solutions and assembly processes by analyzing requirements and developing tailored engineering approaches. Lead technical projects, coordinate feasibility studies with internal and external partners, and deliver subject matter expertise to position engineering capabilities as a competitive advantage. Plan and moderate seminars, trainings, and customer workshops while advancing existing and new engineering services to unlock optimization potential. Maintain a strong network with universities, associations, suppliers, and partners. Requires a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, fluent German and English, and a hands-on mindset.
