Job Summary
Application Development Senior Analyst role leading Oracle Fusion Technical initiatives in MEA, responsible for implementation/support of Oracle Fusion Financials, OICS integrations, BI/OTBI reports, data migration, and collaboration with agile teams to rollout Fusion Cloud across new markets. Lead technical design workshops, configure systems, ensure post-implementation issue resolution, and provide Level 3 support. Requires hands-on expertise with Fusion tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow), PL/SQL, Fusion Middleware, OIC, REST/SOAP, and PaaS/IaaS knowledge; 5+ years of Oracle tech consulting experience and 2+ full lifecycle Fusion Financials implementations; strong communication and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Oracle technical consultant
- Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of Fusion financial
- Expert level using Oracle tools (Design Studio, Application Composer, Page Composer, Workflow – Approval Rules/Notifications, PL/SQL and Fusion Middleware Object Design, Development & Testing
- Experience in OIC, REST/SOAP Integration components
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Broad knowledge and deep domain experience within the Oracle PaaS/IaaS product
- Desirable: Oracle PaaS Certification is a plus
- Previous Project experiences in finance transformation
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies
- Strong stakeholders' management experience and good communication skills
