Job Summary
Senior Application Development Officer within the GFM Engineering team. Hands-on senior engineer responsible for application architecture and delivery, building enterprise-scale financial applications with a strong emphasis on React.js front-end solutions. Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and SQL; work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redshift. Integrate React front-ends with Java-based backends; participate in code reviews; write unit and automation tests; implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines. Agile SDLC participation with cross-functional teams; mentoring and guiding engineers on design and implementation best practices; involvement in cross-team planning and delivery. Hybrid work model with four days onsite at Krakow office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
