Job Summary
Lead hands-on software development and provide team leadership for end-to-end application delivery in a Java/JEE environment. Manage design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of financial applications; mentor onsite and offshore developers; ensure adherence to CLS SDLC governance; collaborate with BAs, Architects, QA, and vendors; drive delivery milestones, performance/security/resiliency considerations, and knowledge transfer to Level-2/3 support; apply design patterns and best practices for usability, security, and reliability; leverage CI/CD tools and DevOps practices to deliver production-ready solutions.
