Application Development Lead - Senior Vice President

Job Summary
Lead applications development efforts at senior level (SVP) to architect and implement enterprise application systems. Responsibilities include leading integration of functions to meet goals, deploying new products, analyzing complex business and system processes to define solutions, and guiding SDLC activities from design to deployment. The role requires expertise in applications programming with hands-on work in Python/PySpark, ETL pipelines, Spark, Java/Spring/Hibernate, SQL Server/Oracle, shell scripting, and DevOps/CI‐CD tooling. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, allocate work, mentor developers/analysts, communicate with senior leaders, and mitigate risk while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance. Minimum 10+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership, project management, and enterprise applications development; Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree (Master’s preferred) is expected.
