Job Summary
Application Development Lead Analyst for Evernorth’s Audit, Tax, Treasury team. Responsible for ensuring stability, efficiency, and compliance of enterprise applications across their lifecycle, including production support, coordinating fixes with tech/business partners, maintaining architecture currency, and driving operational excellence. Key activities include monitoring and tuning job runs to meet SLAs/OLAs, managing batch cycles and releases, sunset of obsolete jobs/reports, maintaining runbooks and CMDB/security diagrams, collaborating with vendors on patches and firewall coordination, supporting SOX/CIP/regulatory surveys, and providing status reporting to leadership. Requires strong .NET (Core/Framework) skills, C#, MVC, AngularJS/React, SQL Server/DB2, REST/microservices, Git, and experience with onshore-offshore delivery models, with 5-8 years of production-support experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Diverse responsibilities span architecture, automation, documentation, and compliance to enable reliable enterprise applications.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technology skills in Distributed & .Net applications
- 5-8 years minimum experience in enterprise application development using .NET Core and .NET Framework
- Proficiency in C#
- Experience with Crystal Reporting
- MVC Framework
- AngularJS
- React
- SQL Server and/or DB2 including query tuning and data modeling
- REST APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture
- Git and code quality tools
- Proven experience in application support, production operations, and IT-business coordination (onshore-offshore model)
- Experience with job scheduling tools, monitoring systems, and automation platforms
- Understanding of upstream/downstream integrations between mainframe, Oracle, and distributed services
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, CIP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Accounting, Finance, and/or Treasury applications
- JAVA and Oracle knowledge (desirable)
- Microsoft certifications (desirable)
