Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year (or shorter) intensive training program combining in-classroom skill development with internships and mentorship. Participants receive guidance to launch a professional career, with in-depth modules in Application Development, IT Support, Data Analytics, Project Management, Banking & Customer Success, Business Operations, and Investment Operations. The program includes internship opportunities through YUPRO Placement, potentially with Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, Salesforce, and other organizations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, and provides an educational stipend during internships (e.g., $525 per week). Graduates have strong placement outcomes, with a high share employed or in further education within four months of graduation.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or GED
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday during the program
- Not obtained a Bachelor's degree
- May be required to answer additional screening questions
