Application Development Group Manager - FX Technology Engineering – Senior Vice President

Senior engineering leadership role overseeing end-to-end application development and core engineering across the FX Technology Platform. Lead multiple application development teams delivering core FX trading, pricing, risk, and operational systems; own scalable architecture, system health and resilience, and regulatory compliance. Drive design and development of scalable, globally distributed systems; set engineering standards across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and operations. Mentor and develop senior engineering leaders, partnering with Markets to align technology priorities with FX business strategy. Emphasize AI-enabled SDLC adoption, modern frontend/backend capabilities (React/Angular, Java, microservices, REST/GraphQL), and a technology culture that balances innovation with risk management and production excellence. Experience working with global, distributed teams (including India) and a passion for solving complex problems in fast-moving markets.
