Job Summary
Lead the product application roadmap by developing deep customer technology understanding and serving as technical lead for complex application development, engagements, and cross-functional teams. Drive execution of beta-site evaluations, customer demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities while partnering with customers to analyze requirements, define success criteria, and manage implementation timelines. Develop and approve application support plans, create new methodologies to optimize system performance, and transfer capabilities from product development to customer-facing support organizations. Lead technical reviews, presentations, and problem-solving discussions with stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and influence product and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field
- Master's degree with relevant industry experience
- Experience in semiconductor inspection, metrology, testing, or advanced packaging applications
- Experience working directly with semiconductor customers, supporting product evaluations, installations, and application development
- Advanced expertise in a specialized technical discipline
- Ability to apply deep knowledge to solve complex customer challenges
- Proven experience interpreting business and technical requirements and translating them into effective solutions, processes, or product enhancements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, projects, and customer engagements
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using innovative and analytical approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and negotiate technical solutions
- 20% of the Time travel
