Job Summary
Application Development Associate Advisor responsible for production support, troubleshooting with technology and business partners through solution implementation and validation; coordinate with upstream/downstream systems for issue resolution, scheduling, and change notifications; monitor job run times and tune performance to meet SLAs/OLAs; perform operational and architectural duties including batch cycles, code promotions, release implementations, automation opportunities, disaster recovery planning, and documentation; ensure compliance with SOX/CIP and participate in vendor coordination and regulatory surveys; support strategic initiatives and communicate operational status reports to leadership.
