Job Summary
Application Development Analyst role focused on L1/L2 production support for enterprise healthcare applications. Responsibilities include monitoring availability/performance, incident response and triage, basic troubleshooting per runbooks, escalation to L2/L3, documenting incidents in ServiceNow/JIRA, participating in health checks and shift handovers, maintaining monitoring dashboards, and contributing to knowledge base. Requires 1-3 years IT support experience, a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, familiarity with enterprise apps, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA), basic monitoring knowledge, and willingness to work a 24/7 shift with strong communication and analytical skills. Location: Hyderabad, India with remote flexibility as required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of experience in IT support or operations
- College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of enterprise applications and web technologies
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA)
- Basic monitoring tool knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow documented procedures and runbooks
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based model
- Strong analytical skills
