Job Summary
Develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft applications while performing enhancement, configuration, and production support activities. Troubleshoot application issues to provide timely resolution and support integration and system maintenance tasks. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth application performance and stability. This role requires strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and support, specifically within HR or Finance modules, alongside production support environments. Candidates must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The position is a C2H contract-to-hire engagement based in Kochi with a Day 1 reporting requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development/support
- Experience in PeopleSoft modules (HR/Finance or relevant)
- Good understanding of application customization and troubleshooting
- Experience in production support environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
- Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
