Job Summary
Develop, customize, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, web technologies, and IBM Maximo platforms. Design Maximo workflows, configure business processes, and build integrations with external systems via REST or SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot application issues, participate in requirements analysis, testing, and deployment, and prepare technical documentation. Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions across the full application lifecycle. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of Java experience, and hands-on Maximo development skills. Eligible to work in Egypt.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant technical education.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Java and web application development.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo development, customization, workflow development, and configuration.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP.
- Experience with REST or SOAP APIs, system integrations, SQL, and relational databases.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working closely with business analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, support implementation and troubleshooting, and clearly communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eligibility to work in Egypt.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with IBM Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and Maximo integrations.
- Direct client-facing experience.
