Job Summary
The Application Developer I will assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web-based applications, including CRM-based platforms, and related systems to support institutional operations. The role uses technical and functional specifications to implement enhancements for performance, accessibility, and user experience; troubleshoots and debugs applications and interfaces; supports ongoing system maintenance and updates; contributes to configuration and enhancement of CRM/workflows, user interfaces, portals, and data processes supporting enrollment, marketing, and operational functions; maintains web interfaces and CMS-managed content with attention to accuracy and compliance with standards; prepares and maintains technical documentation and collaborates with communications/marketing teams to implement web components that support institutional initiatives. Strong emphasis on accessibility (WCAG) and digital usability, with knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS/CRM platforms, version control (Git), and SDLC practices. Regular attendance and collaborative teamwork are essential responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in software development, web/application development, or programming and analysis or a related area
