Job Summary
Support the Development Team's workflow by assisting with application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting for internally built systems. Collaborate with end users, the IT helpdesk, and fellow developers to gather requirements, implement fixes, and escalate complex concerns. Execute quality assurance testing plans and debugging to ensure reliability, while creating and maintaining documentation for user guides and technical specifications. Write clean, efficient code following best practices and contribute to internal process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4 years of professional experience
- Professional experience in an IT, help desk, or customer service role
- Foundational experience using C#
- Foundational experience debugging using Microsoft Visual Studio
- Foundational experience using HTML
- Foundational experience using CSS
- Foundational experience using JavaScript
- Foundational experience using a relational database
- Foundational experience using Microsoft SQL Server
- Foundational experience using MySQL
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience creating or maintaining web or desktop applications
- Experience with Vue JavaScript Framework
