Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Services, SharePoint Online, and React or C# .NET. Gather requirements with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, create documentation, and deliver user training for successful adoption. Provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot production issues, and manage competing priorities across multiple projects in an Agile environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance existing applications and processes while maintaining a strong health and safety mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience in software development and application support
- Up to 2 years experience developing applications using React and/or C# .NET
- Experience with software design principles and modern development practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure
- 1-3 years of Power Platforms experience
- Experience with CoPilot Studio
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- N8N experience
- Experience developing applications using React and/or C# .NET (beyond the required up to 2 years)
- Experience with software design principles and modern development practices (if not explicitly required in context, though listed here as preferred in text flow)
