Job Summary
Design and develop high-quality learning content and courseware across Instructor-Led Training, E-Learning, Web 2.0, and blended formats. Create engaging learner-centric experiences, assessments, and interactive activities that align with business objectives and learning outcomes. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to structure content effectively and support continuous improvement initiatives while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Content Development
- Strong understanding of various learning methodologies and adult learning principles
- Hands-on experience in designing content for Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
- Hands-on experience in designing content for E-Learning Programs
- Hands-on experience in designing content for Web 2.0 Learning Solutions
- Hands-on experience in designing content for Blended Learning Programs
- Ability to create learner-centric and interactive training materials
- Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders
- Strong communication and content structuring skills
