Application Delivery Lead, Manufacturing & Quality Systems

Job Summary

Lead business engagement with Manufacturing and Quality Operations stakeholders to understand day-to-day production workflows and facilitate workshops for process mapping. Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for Manufacturing and Quality IT Application Modules, then translate these needs into actionable user stories. Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure requirements are implemented correctly, validate configurations through functional reviews and UAT support, and maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in Agile ceremonies, support testing efforts, and develop application training materials and SOPs related to quality processes. This role serves as the liaison between operations and the Application Delivery program to deliver scalable MES solutions that enable efficient and compliant quality operations at the Battery Plant in Liberty, NC.

Required Qualifications

  • Right to work in the United States without requiring Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience
  • At least 3 years supporting manufacturing or quality systems
  • Ability to capture application requirements and understand business applications architecture and design
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes (e.g., defect tracking, non-conformance management, SPC)
  • Experience documenting business processes and application systems functional requirements for enterprise applications
  • Experience working with MES/MOM systems (Siemens OpCenter preferred)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive or battery manufacturing environments
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement experience
  • Experience using requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
