Job Summary
Provide guidance and training for junior staff while performing complex troubleshooting and problem resolution, including proactive investigation of current issues. Independently prepare and maintain technical documentation to assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems. Design and build custom tools or integrations to meet business requirements, and oversee initial setup, upgrades, configuration, and installation of hardware or software for complex projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6-9 years of experience
- 5-10 years of experience
- working knowledge and utilization of Process Improvement change management
