Job Summary
Define and maintain application architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps across the bank's enterprise portfolio, leading solution design for Commercial banking platforms including Fiserv core, Abrigo loan origination, MANTL deposit origination, and Salesforce. Design secure, scalable solutions that meet business, operational, compliance, and risk requirements while guiding Azure cloud architecture decisions for identity, security, and resiliency. Develop architecture diagrams, integration flows, and technical designs; evaluate vendor platforms and proposals for architectural fit. Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams throughout planning and delivery to promote reusable patterns and disciplined change management. Support secure, reliable, auditable, and compliant technology solutions aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Seven or more years of experience in application architecture, solution architecture, enterprise applications, systems integration
- Three or more years of experience in banking, financial services or fintech industry
- Experience designing integrations across vendor platforms, core systems, digital banking, data platforms, and cloud services
- Experience with Microsoft Azure architecture, including secure design, identity, monitoring, resiliency, networking, and cost-aware cloud patterns
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business, executive, compliance, and technical audiences
- Experience with Fiserv core banking, Abrigo, MANTL, mortgage, credit card, Salesforce, digital banking, or payments platforms
- Experience with API-led connectivity, cloud-native design, DevSecOps, CI/CD practices, or architecture frameworks
- Architecture certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent experience
